COST

The cost of the day is £30. Once you have been offered a place on the course, you will be asked to pay before 9th March, 2019, to secure your place. In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled you will receive a refund.

What to bring / wear/ comfort:

Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move about in easily and it’s best to wear layers so you can regulate your own temperature. Chairs, mats, cushions and blankets are provided however you may wish to bring your own.

You may bring a drink (bottled water) and I advise you eat something before you arrive as it’s hard to sit in practice feeling hungry! Your own comfort is very important so if you need to move around, use the loos, have some water etc, please feel free to take care of yourself as best you can during the course. You will also need to bring your own lunch, as this is not provided.

Silence

There will be an option for you to undertake the day by observing silence. The main hall where practice is delivered will be designated as a silence zone during the course of guided meditation, as well as during break intervals. There will be break out rooms if you do not wish to remain in silence during break intervals and lunch.
