how to arrive

Here's a meditation for arriving.  It's taken from an interview I did with mindfulness teacher and author, Sarah Silverton. I'd driven through London morning traffic to meet up with her. By the time we sat down to do the interview I was fatigued, fraught and frazzled. Sarah kindly offered this med. I want to share it with you for when you arrive someplace and your mind has been reduced to a stuttering to-do list. Or maybe you could use it when you arrive home and your thoughts are scattered and clinging, and you need to calmly transition.
